Refunds / Payments:

We aim to provide the best quality in service and experience to our clients in all the services provided throughout our website; Techdigitalworld.com. We provide service contracts for all work undertaken by us for our clients. These contracts must be signed by the Client and Us to make clear the services we will provide to the client in the event of any disputes.

Our Payment Terms:

Payment for our services:

Payment for our services can be made by the client online through our payment gateway via our website or an email link. If you have any issues making payment then please contact us.

Payment made through our website is 100% encrypted secure and safe. Once payment has been made you shall receive the confirmation of payment received by email, which shall also contain an invoice (receipt) for payments made to TechdigitalWorld.

All payments must be made in advance for our services. The Client must agree to make all “One-time Services” or “Monthly Payments” in advance of us starting work on any project. The client must agree to pay “Monthly Services” by automatic credit card transaction, or on receipt of an invoice, Invoices will include monthly fees and any additional fees for any additional service that have been purchased/provided.

Our “No Quibble” Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Our services start with the complete analysis, understanding, and creation of work documenting, which have been agreed upon by both parties: the client and Us.

Doing this makes sure that both the parties completely understand the work requirements and thus eliminates the potentials for Cancellation, Reversals, or Disputes in any of our services.

Refunds



• All refunds requests can be made upon an explanation/reason for the cancelation of service and if/why the service did not meet your expectations.
• All refunds will be returned only by the means that payment was made. All online payments will be returned through the payment gateway used by the client unless otherwise agreed./li>
• We do not offer refunds for services already delivered, started, or any other miscellaneous charges. No payment will be refunded once a contract is signed, and an initial draft is initiated.
• Refunds of the monthly payment of initiated services can not be refunded as payment for each coming month is only asked for, only after reviewing the current month's performance will further payment be asked for.
• All of our packages are based on a monthly contract basis and the client may stop their service for the following month by giving us prior notice: 14 days in advance of the coming month.
• In the event of any project terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all/any-completed work and any payment for further development will become void. Previous payment or deposit will not be refunded.
• Cancellations are not entertained for services that our marketing team has offered such as: special offers discounts on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has commenced.
• Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and execution of the service has not been executed already.
• All cancellation requests should be sent to your Account Manager who will validate your cancellation request.
• If the missed monthly payment exceeds 7days for the package/ services, then we shall commence termination of our services unless payment has been made. The client shall be informed via mail/phone in advance of non-payment of services.

Termination of the Service Contract



• Techdigitalworld reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time with written notice to the Client with reason.
• We do not make any guarantees based on traffic/rankings etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof.
• We have the rights to change/modify or update our policies and shall provide 7 days notice to our clients.
• We reserve the right to cancel any agreement on projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days with or without notice.

Packages and services refunds/Cancelations:

Our Services Packages: are non-refundable, for the current month for which they have been paid, but the client may cancel their service by providing us 14 days' written notice before the next billing period.

Our Digital Marketing Packages: including SEO and Social Media etc are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid, but the client may cancel their service by providing us 14 days written notice before the next billing period.

Our Search Engine Optimization Services: services/package costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid, but you can cancel by giving 14 days' notice before the next billing period.

Our Social Media Marketing Services: services/packages costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid, but you can cancel by giving 14 days' written notice before the next billing period.

Our Reputation Management Services: services/packages costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid, but you can cancel by giving 14 days' written notice before the next billing period.

Our Pay Per Click Services: services/packages costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid, but you can cancel by giving 14 days' written notice before the next billing period.

Our Content Marketing Services: services/packages costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid, but you can cancel by giving 14 days' written notice before the next billing period.

Our Development Services: services/packages/custom design projects for which payment/deposit has been made are non-refundable, as these services demand extensive resources and incur internal expenses. if a contract has been signed, and work started on the project. The client shall pay outstanding fees for any work completed beyond what was already paid for.

Our Marketing Campaigns: full payment of package fees and 3rd Party costs are required before the start of each marketing campaign. All costs of 3rd party services and products such as Facebook and Twitter will be subject to their refund policy.

Our Email Campaigns: management packages costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid. You can cancel by giving 14 days' notice before the next billing period. Full payment is required before the start of each marketing campaign. 3rd party costs and set up and configuration of emailing services may be subject to a non-refundable deposit upon completion and a final payment of non-recurring services, no refund will be given as payment is taken as full agreement and sign off of the service.

Our Content Production Services: our content creation services/package costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid, but you can cancel by giving 14 days' notice before the next billing period.

Our mobile Marketing Services: services/packages costs are non-refundable for the current month for which they have been paid for, but you can cancel by giving 14 days' written notice before the next billing period.

Our Web Design-Development Services: services/packages/custom design projects for which payment/deposit has been made are non-refundable, as these services demand extensive resources and incur internal expenses. If a contract has been signed, and work started on the project there shall be no refund. The client shall pay any outstanding fees for any work completed beyond what was already paid for.

Chargebacks And Payment Disputes:

Before issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening an online payment dispute is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy before making a payment for our services.
A chargeback fee of approx. $50 is issued to recover fees is passed on to us by the credit card company, and any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback. The chargeback fees must be paid in full before service can be restored, project files are delivered, or any further work is resumed.
Third-Party Services: any refund of 3rd party services and products shall be subject to their refund policies. The client will have to contact them to claim a refund of their services.
